The main aim of the programme is to familiarise international students with Polish tradition and customs. Once a month the Warsaw University of Technology in cooperation with municipal institutions organize a meeting dedicated to WUT foreign students.

Every meeting is devoted to a different subject but all of them concern Polish aspects. The whole programme is available down below. All meetings will take place in the Main Building of WUT. They are free of charge but the form is obligatory.

Most of us feel depressed during the dark, wet autumn days. Together with homesickness, it can be a tough mix to stand. Learn how to deal with it and where to find a little help.Meet with The Warsaw Multicultural Center, where you can always find almost any kind of help.  Learn more during the meeting!

Security in Poland

Meet a Polish police representative and learn about rules and regulations in Poland. Go ahead and ask about things you are concerned about. Remember that your safety is very important.

Acclimating to Poland

Most of us feel depressed during the dark, wet autumn days. Together with homesickness, it can be a tough mix to stand. Learn how to deal with it.

Cultural differences

There are a lot of interesting differences between Poland and your country. That is especially visible in December when Poles start preparing for Christmas.

At this meeting, you will have a chance to get more familiar with some facts about Polish administration, along with some political details.

History of Warsaw

Learn the rough story of Warsaw – Poland’s capital. The city you decided to study in was totally destroyed during World War II and rebuilt by determined Poles in the aftermath.

The weather outside is getting better every day. Explore the places in Warsaw worth visiting, especially during the spring
